Real Chi Youth is FSM's civic journalism program in which reporters use new media platforms to engage peers in conversation about local and national social issues.

Flash Forward is FSM's paid internship program in which advanced youth work in professional media houses and develop mentor relationships.

Free Spirit PRO is FSM's professional production arm that employs advance young adult media makers to produce client commissioned work.

The Chicago Track is a bridge program for emerging artists who are building careers in film and music. FSM coordinates the film track, providing networking opportunities, professional development workshops, and master classes to youth ages 18-25.

Free Spirit Media's Pathways Portfolio focuses on teens entering adulthood and supports their pursuit of careers and continued education. These programs provide jobs, expand networks, and enhance participants' technical media and 21st Century work/life skills.

Free Spirit Media is grateful to continue enhancing Pathways Programs in partnership with Bank of America.
