I'm Alexandra Scott and I am an aspiring journalist and host for my own radio show. As a media maker, my goal is to be a source of entertainment, informant and a motivational push to those who need it. Also, I want to make people more aware of the problems that seem to go unspoken in the teen and young adult community. I tend to do these things through music and reaching out.

I’m Gabe. I’m from the south side of Chicago. I have always loved the arts but didn’t know how to tie that in with my love sciences. I started to help my church with filming services. Knowing I wanted to help people I decided that I want shed light into the LGBTQA+ community as well as help show the new advances in the medical world so that the public had the same access to the information. I believe media is very bias and I want to break that.

The name is Chelsea. I was born and raised in Chicago, the heart of Illinois, where the windy forces invades everyone’s personal space. Being a formal journalist, my mission as a media maker is to always keep my community and family members on high alert on important events that are taking place around us.

Hi, I'm Monzell. I'm from the West Side of Chicago, the Lawndale neighborhood to be more specific, and I'm currently playing semi-professional football. My mission as a media maker is to become a better person, a more understanding person about the media that we see on a day-to-day basis. I want to be able to tell the story that the people of my community need to know about, that they need to hear. Something that the mainstream media is not doing.

The good just gets better and Michael Key Jr is just that, "the better". Michael has 6 years and 4 RCY sessions as a trained filmmaker and editor. He's worked on stories like "Protecting Families: Deporting Parents Of US-Born Citizens" and " How Has DACA Changed Chicago’s Youth?" More clearly, Mike loves to give our communities opportunities to attach themselves to the stories we report with a direct approach that has proven to be effective.

I'm Jhordan. I was born on the westside and raised in Maywood, Illinois. I'm currently enrolled in Malcolm X College but I've recently aimed my focus on media production. I feel my calling as a reporter is to be a voice for those without one.
